As well as recognising the loyalty of our long-serving people, we also champion those who go above and beyond. This year, we welcomed our guests to Mytton Fold Hotel for a fantastic evening of fun, food, and music.

Every quarter, we nominate an outstanding employee from each site to be ‘Employee of the Quarter’. The nominees are presented with a certificate and a bottle of champagne at our special winners’ day, which includes a celebratory lunch with the MD. They automatically become finalists for the prestigious Employee of the Year award, which this year was announced as Installation Supervisor, Damian Ingham.

“Damian consistently delivers exceptional levels of customer service with all the work he carries out in the field. Over the years, he has built up a first-class reputation with customers and our sales team alike, while working and leading on projects in the UK and overseas.”

The Adhesive Project Team from Seating Operations was crowned ‘Team of the Year’, and Lee Cook picked up the Health and Safety Representative of the Year award. Our Apprentice of the Year went to CNC Technician, Tsepo Ncube.

“Tsepo has shown exceptional commitment, outstanding reliability, and a determination to master his craft. He is already performing beyond expectations, supporting others, and even leading improvement initiatives with confidence and maturity.”

The Bright Idea of the Year winner was Steve Eccles from Senator Engineering, who simplified a manufacturing process, removed an entire production stage, and delivered meaningful cost savings to the business.

Our Bright Ideas Scheme rewards suggestions that make us more productive, efficient, sustainable, or improve our quality. Winners receive vouchers up to the value of £500, and the Platinum winner gets a holiday.

As a family-owned business, we like to recognise significant workplace milestones and honour our employees’ incredible dedication and loyalty. As well as giving awards to those with 10 and 15 years of continuous service, we also celebrated several people who reached their 25-year milestone!
