The Role

  • Prepare clean, accurate customer orders for our Operations Systems
  • Check product specifications, pricing, and lead times
  • Ensure order clarifications match system
  • Highlight and escalate product, pricing, or system
  • Retrieve and manage orders from procurement
  • Support problem-solving
  • Carry out general administrative tasks
  • Liaising with customers and ASM’s via phone and email

The Person

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in a busy sales office
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Products
  • Self-motivated 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and under pressure
