Bastille by Patrick Norguet

Bastille is a seating family made up of a dining, lounge and bar stool with a minimalist, yet luxurious aesthetic. The collection is our first in collaboration with Paris based designer, Patrick Norguet and his studio.

There is a distinct continuity of aesthetics across the range with the elegant wrap around shell and A-frame appealing to a sense
of timelessness while maintaining a contemporary edge.

The seat tapers in at the front of the fuss free silhouette creating a pleasing visual separation from the back rest.

Details like perimeter piping and hand finished fluted stitching ensure that the collection has a quiet, pared back luxury simplified with style.

Bastille was designed specifically with hospitality environments in mind although with the increased merging of interior styles in corporate and hospitality markets the collection could easily transition across both.

Fabric options are endless for the upholstered range and can be paired with one of four carefully considered new luxe finishes for the leg frames: Soft Gold, Soft Silver, Deep Mulberry and New Black.

As Norguet’s studio is near the famous Place de la Bastille the name seemed a fitting, historical wink to its French design.
