The Role
- Prepare clean, accurate customer orders for our Operations Systems
- Check product specifications, pricing, and lead times
- Ensure order clarifications match system
- Highlight and escalate product, pricing, or system
- Retrieve and manage orders from procurement
- Support problem-solving
- Carry out general administrative tasks
- Liaising with customers and ASM’s via phone and email
The Person
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a busy sales office
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficient in using Microsoft Products
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working to deadlines and under pressure
