The Role
The Senator Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the Manhattan and New York City regions. This role involves driving sales revenue and achieving assigned territory goals. This role involves daily interaction with design firms, furniture dealerships, and direct end users.
The Rep will identify and develop new business opportunities within all vertical markets, while actively promoting and positioning the Allermuir and Senator brands. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a passion for sales, capable of delivering compelling product demonstrations and technical solutions tailored to client needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead outside sales efforts, expand market presence, and contribute to the growth of our organization through strategic account management and effective negotiation.
Essential Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with design firms and furniture dealers within the Manhattan/NYC territory through targeted prospecting and networking.
• Develop design firm strategies and utilize opportunities to determine how to help the dealers win with our products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within design firms to drive specifications of our products.
• Provide dealers with product quotations, samples, and demo requests.
• Participate in networking and lead development group to uncover new business opportunities.
• Leadership qualities that enable independent work while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
