The Role

• Deliver and manage Revit models, drawings, and data across all RIBA stages in line with UK BIM standards and project BEPs.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models, including clash detection, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and project requirements through regular audits and data checks.
• Support project planning and programme delivery using accurate model-based outputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project planners throughout the design process.
• Support BIM workflow development, digital innovation, and provide Revit/BIM guidance to the wider team.

The Person

• Experience in a Revit-based BIM role with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Good understanding of UK construction processes, BIM workflows, RIBA stages, and ISO 19650.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design information.
• Work well under pressure, manage own time to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Experience across UK sectors such as residential, commercial, education, or healthcare. Autodesk Professional Certification or relevant BIM training.
