The Role:
- Providing the link between, external sales team, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Dealing with enquires and issues over the phone, face-to-face, email and MS teams.
- Establishing and maintaining a strong professional relationships with external sales teams and customers.
- Providing product information and support.
- Completing all relevant paperwork and administration, main accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Person:
- Previous Customer Service experience within a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience of order processing with high levels of accuracy and concentration.
- Excellent telephone manner, polite, friendly and informative.
- A professional approach needed to deal with complicated situations but to remain calm under pressure.
- Able to react quickly to all customer enquiries and offer solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate with strong IT skills using MS packages.
