We are currently looking to recruit an Aftersales Specialist to support the delivery of a high-performing, aftersales service. This role is focused on managing returns, warranties, and product support, ensuring a responsive, informed, and commercially effective service that enhances customer satisfaction and upholds business performance.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Act as the primary contact for aftersales enquiries, managing returns, warranty claims, and product support queries across multiple channels.
•    Triage customer issues efficiently, identifying root causes and ensuring timely resolution in line with service level agreements.
•    Manage returns process, including validation, cost assessment, and coordination of collections, repairs, or replacements.
•    Process and coordinate warranty claims, ensuring compliance with product, customer, and contractual agreements.
•    Provide first-line technical support, using guides and diagnostic tools to resolve product issues without unnecessary site visits.
•    Liaise with internal teams to coordinate solutions and escalate technical concerns where required.
•    Maintain accurate records across ERP/CRM systems, ensuring all customer interactions and case updates are logged and traceable.
•    Support reporting on aftersales performance, including returns, warranty trends, costs, and customer satisfaction metrics.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations professionally and effectively.
•    Excellent organisational and case management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple issues.
•    A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering commercially sound solutions.
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
•    Experience using Microsoft packages. 
•    Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
•     Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
