Living these values in a practical way, ten employees and managers recently dedicated time from their busy schedules to complete First Aid and CPR certification training. While stepping away from their day-to-day responsibilities is never easy, the team recognized the importance of being prepared to respond in critical situations. Their willingness to invest this time reflects a genuine commitment not only to their own development but to the well-being of everyone around them.
