We’re looking for a Graphic Designer bursting with creativity and a love for visual storytelling. You’ll have a natural creative flair, strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, and an interest in photography and videography. This is your chance to make our brand shine! You’ll create eye-catching content online and offline that showcases who we are and what we do in a way that truly connects. You’ll team up with the Head of Communications in a skilled, expanding marketing team that champions your creativity and career development. Based in our stylish Head Quarters, you’ll be part of a supportive, family-owned business that truly values its people.

The Role:

  • Turning creative briefs into eye-catching designs that follow our brand style, including digital assets, social media content, email campaigns, infographics, brochures, direct mail, and presentations.
  • Taking photos and videos for marketing campaigns and editing them to a high standard — whether that’s using professional kit or your iPhone.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Team to come up with fresh, creative ways to communicate content.
  • Keeping shared folders organised, managing version control, and supplying assets to internal and external teams when needed.
  • Pitching in with general team support where required.

The Person:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in an agency setting.
  • A degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite; experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus.
  • Solid experience in digital design, especially for email marketing and social media.
  • Comfortable with photography and videography, plus editing photos and videos — professionally or as a hobby.
  • Full of creative ideas with a great eye for detail; illustration skills are a big plus.
  • A strong communicator who stays calm under pressure and enjoys working with others.
  • Well organised, good at managing time, and proud of delivering quality work.

Benefits Include:

  • Contributory Pension Scheme
  • 24 days’ holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
  • Subsidised Canteen.
  • Ongoing Personal Development
  • MediCash Healthcare Plan
  • Bright Ideas Scheme
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Employee of Quarter / Year Award
  • Free Life Assurance
  • Family Fun Day
  • Social Events
  • Free Parking
