The Role
- Input and maintenance of new and existing product data on D365 ERP system.
- Understand the materials flow procedure and process and high-volume product itinerary accurately.
- Develop close working relationships with Key Stakeholders across business.
- Adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Filing and keeping accurate up to date data records.
- Resolving queries and answering questions in regard to the data being handled and ensuring correct flow of information to requesting parties.
- Flag anomalies identified, liaising with data providers and suppliers for missing data and rectify.
- Support the wider group data team.
- Close liaison with internal and external customers, including production,design and customer services.
- Identify areas of improvement in systems and processes.
The Person
- Previous experience within a similar Data driven role.
- Able to identify errors or inconsistencies and make corrections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid IT skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and database management.
