From Beginning to End
Since we began in 1976 we have taken pride in taking control of our destiny and managing the process from beginning to end. As we've grown in size, our service offering and added value elements have grown with us, as we continue to take responsibility for everything we do from product design and innovation, to logistics and installations.
Whilst we make and deliver physical items like tables and chairs, our company is about more than this, it’s about the relationships we have both inside and outside of the business. After all, its people who use and interact with what we make.
Operating methods of continuous improvement such as Kaizen on top of a solid system of the ‘Five S’s’ means people continue to be the drivers for improvement and the people who are close to the process, empowering them means we have a never ending cycle of self-improvement which leads to customer benefits.
Responding efficiently to customer needs through the flexible manufacturing methods we employ allows us to respond quickly to market change and customer need. We take the feedback and learnings from our teams and our customers and reinvest these in our business to keep improving.
